The world is at a tipping point. Each of us has within us the power and opportunity to affect change. Let’s start by changing the way we care for ourselves. Hope in a jar is an old paradigm. If we pass down to our children a world that is better than the one we found, we must make responsible choices that start with our basic approach to living. We can exercise our greatest power; the power to create change.
Let’s face it; there is a great deal to talk about safe cosmetic and skincare products. When developing DoshaCare, we set out to create highly effective products, made with socially and environmentally responsible ingredients and packaging.
As we went through the journey to achieve this goal, we found misleading information and an unfortunate truth that a product that s 100% natural is not possible in a manner that meets your standards for efficacy and esthetics. Did you know that a company can put 100% organic on the front of their cosmetic packaging if their ingredients are only 94% organic?
We worked so hard to be responsible in developing the actual product and packaging for DoshaCare and felt that the brand message needed to embody the same standards. We won’t embellish or lead you astray. DoshaCare products are as free of synthetic ingredients as possible without sacrificing effectiveness, safety and esthetic appeal. Here’s out promise to you, to continue to make changes to DoshaCare to make it better tomorrow then it is today.
We are proud of the following achievements:
98% of all ingredients in DoshaCare are derived from botanical sources and most are organic or wild craft harvested.
All DoshaCare aromas are the highest grade of essential oils from fair trade, organic, socially and environmentally sustainable sources. No synthetic aromas or colors have been sed.
When modern science has elevated the power of these products, we have upheld the highest levels of safety for you and the planet. Social and environmental accountability is the primary criteria for our selections.
Formulas meet Vegan Certification standards and Fair Trade Certification standards.
Packaging meets the highest standards of environmental responsibility available for safe cosmetics today.
Bottles are 100% recyclable.
Tubes are made with 70% recycled materials.
Boxes are made with recycled paper on the inside and virgin paper from managed forests on the outside.
Safe. Effective. Sustainable.
DoshaCare was born with a commitment to social and environmental responsibility and in our effort to fulfill our promise to you to “continue to evolve DoshaCare so it is better today then it was yesterday,” we are implementing a system that allows us to manage all aspects of our social and environmental impacts. As a small firm with a commitment to family we are passionate about the opportunity to deal more systematically with our internal team. In addition, as a company we are dedicated to a system that allows us to better manage our financial aspects. Anticipating that significant focus would be required to create these systems, we engaged the services of The Paladin Law Group. The Paladin Law Group are leaders in the field of environmental law and sustainability management systems, (SMS). Below you will find our SMS Policy and Principles of Action and Code of Conduct. Check back with us here to watch us on our journey to move our brand transparently to the purest products possible with out compromising safety or effectiveness.
